Whether you are a yoga teacher or simply want to learn more about your own yoga practice, learning to give yoga posture adjustments can be a rewarding experience.

Mentoring sessions will be held at the Surry Hills studio on the following dates:
24th March, 21st April, and 5th May.
Upon completing satisfactorily, you will need to commit to assisting one class per week for six months. For each class you assist, you will receive two complimentary yoga classes to enjoy (non-transferrable).

This course is an elective subject for those who are enrolled in (or may want to enroll in) BodyMindLife’s 300-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training.
Those who participate in the training weekends only will receive 30-hours' credit towards the 300-hour training. Those who participate in training weekends, mentoring sessions and ongoing in-class assisting for six months will receive 60-hours' credit towards the 300-hour training.
