Overcoming worry and doubt.

As winter approaches again, I want you to think back one year ago and notice how much energy you wasted worrying about certain situations in your life. Notice how one year later those situations miraculously worked out. Modern society spends far too much time disempowering themselves with negative states of worry and doubt.

How can we overcome worry and doubt?

I once watched an interview with Mel Gibson, the interviewer asked why is he so dedicated to his faith. He replied everything is going to be alright and if it isn’t it’s still going to be alright. This attitude empowered him to trust at the end of the day things will always work out, allowing him to never entertain a worrying thought.

Throughout life many people experience what appears at the time to be a crisis and turns out to be a blessing in disguise. Without these tests we would never progress on our journey. It’s the learning that we receive from these experiences that allows us to let go of worry and doubt right now.
