What we teach

We teach a style of yoga called Power Vinyasa, which holds vast transformative potential for students whatever their age, flexibility, or fitness level.

Through our fun and dynamic yoga classes, which are practiced in a room heated to 30 degrees C., you will strengthen, heal, and detoxify your body whilst calming and focusing your mind. From your very first visit you will feel more alive!

As your body strengthens and mind clears, you will be amazed by the effects your developing yoga practice has on the rest of your life.

We have an introductory offer of $25 for 14 days. There’s no need to book but please come 15 minutes early to your first class.

If you are completely new to yoga or trying Power Vinyasa for the first time, we recommend you check out our Essentials classes. These classes follow an 8-week rolling program designed to give you all the foundational building blocks of the Power Vinyasa series. All students are also welcome to attend our Open classes but be advised these classes can sometimes move a little fast for complete beginners.

Remember that everybody’s physical and mental needs are different and change on a daily basis, so be sure to go at your own pace and take it easy no matter what class you attend.
